FstSort Bubble Washing Machine uses a bottom blower to generate dense bubbles, causing the water flow to reach a 'boiling and bubbling' state, which drives the fruit to rotate and scrub 360° inside the tank, quickly removing surface mud, dust, and impurities.
Ozone can be simultaneously injected or food-grade disinfectants added in the same tank. Bubbles extend ozone dissolution time, breaking down oil-soluble pesticides and eliminating bacteria, thereby enhancing food safety.
The bubble impact is gentle, with no hard brush rollers, making it suitable for delicate fruits, with a damage rate of less than 0.5%, preserving their original colour and appearance.
The bubble washing machine offers a gentle, efficient, and continuous cleaning solution combining 'rolling bubbles + ozone/disinfection,' simultaneously completing three tasks: mud removal, pesticide residue removal, and sterilisation, while ensuring zero damage to the fruit and zero downtime on the production line.
